The controller responsible for processing data on this website is Hoeckle Austria GmbH, Gfäll 170, 6941 Langenegg, Österreich.
For privacy enquiries, contact us at info.at@hoeckle.com or +43 5513 30080.
Accessing the website
When you access the website, connection data required for technical purposes is transmitted to the server hosting it, in particular your IP address, the time and target of the request, and information about your browser and operating system. This data is processed to deliver the content and operate the website securely.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure online presence pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Technical service providers may act as processors in this context. Log data must be retained only for the period necessary for operation, error analysis and security.
Contact & project enquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we use your contact details and the information you provide to handle your enquiry. This may include details about your company, contact persons, components and projects.
Where the enquiry relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. For business contacts and other enquiries, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
For project enquiries, please use the email and telephone contact details provided for the time being. The online form is not yet configured as a channel for sending enquiries.
The information is needed for as long as required to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, the subsequent business relationship. Statutory retention obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention.
Job applications
Our careers page links to the jobs portal at Factorial. When you access that portal, you leave this website. Please refer to the privacy information provided there regarding the application process.
Applications you send directly to us are processed to assess your suitability and conduct the selection process. The legal basis is taking steps towards an employment relationship pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Longer-term inclusion in a candidate pool requires a separate basis, such as your consent.
Google Maps
The location map is loaded only when you select “Load Google Maps”. Until then, this map area does not establish a connection to Google. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited.
By activating the map, you consent to its integration and the associated processing pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Google receives, in particular, your IP address and technical browser data and may use cookies or similar technologies. Processing outside the EU, including in the USA, is possible.
You can remove the map again by selecting “Deactivate map”. This stops further map requests on this page; it does not retrospectively delete data already transmitted. This website does not store your permission permanently. Further information about processing, recipients, transfers and retention periods is available in Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving a reason.
To do so, please contact info.at@hoeckle.com. Further explanations are provided by the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
